Simply fill out the form below for your desired class day & time. You must have seen a provider and received exercise clearance at the My Health Onsite Health Center to participate.
WHAT DO WE COVER?
Receive weekly wellness resources and helpful tools for long-term behavior change, use Healow App to track weight weekly, access to our Registered Dietitian and Wellness Team throughout program to answer questions, provide support and accountability—plus SO MUCH MORE!
GROUPS MEET ONCE A WEEK
This is a very popular class and spots fill up quickly. For optimal benefits we ask that you do not miss more than two weekly sessions. Please consider this and your schedule before registering.
