These 4 one-day sessions, which occur each quarter, will help you identify
core beliefs and discover how to change the ones that are limiting
your ability to make lasting changes.
Learn how to replace high-risk behaviors like smoking, alcohol abuse,
unhealthy diets, not enough exercise, stress and other
choices that can threaten your health and well-being.
Week 1 – How to Create Change
This program is about how to make and achieve goals that can help you live a happier and healthier life. This program helps you learn how to make changes, and how to manage the things that you do that threaten your health and happiness.
Week 2 – Stages of Change
The Stages of Change Model explains the process people go through when changing behavior and helps identify readiness for change.
